Based on Part 1 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006, I give my unconditional consent to the Limited Liability Company Hydravia LLC, location: 197341, St. Petersburg, Kolomyazhsky Ave., 27, lit. Ah, pom. 40H, https://mypowermaster.com (further in the text – LLC "United Hydraulic Company") and other persons related, both currently and in the future, to LLC "United Hydraulic Company" by circumstances or legal relationships for the collection, processing and protection of my (about me) personal data, for collection, processing in ways that do not contradict the law, both with and without the use of automation tools, including those involving collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer to other persons in cases provided for by applicable law, electronic copying, blocking, deletion and destruction, access by the staff of United Hydraulic Company LLC, with the right to carry out cross-border data transfer to the territory of countries that ensure adequate protection of my (about me) personal data, as well as future changes and (or) additions recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other material media, including, but not limited to: (last name, first name, patronymic (if any), age, information about the actual place of residence; information about the address of the place of registration; contact information (phone numbers, email address, etc.), date of purchase of the product, address of purchase of the product / delivery, information about consumer behavior, product information, photo image, information about the profile in the social network. networks), in order to:

sending information about existing and new products and goods, as well as about events organized by United Hydraulic Company LLC and participation in them;
formation of an information database of consumers of products and goods of United Hydraulic Company LLC;
providing information on products and goods of Hydravia LLC, the importer or manufacturer of which is one of the members of the group of companies (affiliated person);
conducting surveys, research and analyzing data to improve products, goods and services of Hydravia LLC;
informing about events, programs, activities of United Hydraulic Company LLC;
registration/authorization in your personal account on the Company's official websites and product websites, including, but not limited to https://mypowermaster.com, including the exchange of documents necessary for these purposes;
organization of delivery of my order of products (goods) on the sites;

I hereby consent to my receipt of mailings via mobile radio telephone network and e-mail from United Hydraulic Company LLC and its affiliates and partners listed below.

I consent to the provision of the personal data I have communicated to the persons to whom Hydravia Ltd. entrusts the processing of personal data, among them:

Agencies on communications with consumers in order to: provide information about products, goods or services of United Hydraulic Company LLC; purchase products, goods and services of United Hydraulic Company LLC for temporary use (test drive); send information regarding existing and new products, as well as events held by Hydravia LLC; send informational and technical messages about the status of ordered products; participate in surveys on the use of products;
Companies that deliver products (goods) in order to deliver the ordered products;
Companies providing IT services, in order to: confirm the age of majority; improve products (goods) and services of “United Hydraulic Company” LLC; optimize the quality of work of sales outlets and sites about products;
Consumer mailing list companies for the purpose of: sending information regarding existing and new products (goods), as well as events organized by United Hydraulic Company Ltd.
Companies selling products (goods) in order to exercise their right as a consumer of products in accordance with applicable law.

This consent shall be valid for fifty (50) years and may be revoked in one of the following ways:

submission of an application signed by the handwritten signature of the personal data subject and sent to the address of the location of “United Hydraulic Company” LLC;
